Young Investigator Prize
The prize is awarded annually in recognition of an exceptionally promising researcher who has conducted outstanding health science research.
The prize amounts to DKK 1 million, of which DKK 300,000 is a personal honorary award and DKK 700,000 is allocated to the recipient’s research. The prize is awarded annually to a young researcher under the age of 40.
The Lundbeck Foundation’s Research and Prize Committee reviews the nominations and subsequently recommends one candidate to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. The award is contingent upon the recipient conducting their research at a Danish research institution at the time of the award.
