We are a long-term owner of healthcare companies based in Denmark with the potential to become global leaders.

Today, our portfolio includes H. Lundbeck, ALK, Falck, Ferrosan Medical Devices, Ellab and WS Audiology. We aim to own significant stakes in five to eight companies in this category by 2030. We are therefore constantly looking to invest in companies rooted in Denmark with the potential to become global leaders in their fields.

The Lundbeck Foundation is an engaged owner that brings strong skills and many years’ experience in the healthcare sector to the table. As a commercial foundation, we take a long-term approach to our strategic ownerships and we can ensure the right conditions for these companies to become global leaders in their fields.
