Formed in 2019, through the merger of Sivantos and Widex, WS Audiology combines over 140 years’ of experience in pioneering the use of technology to help people with hearing loss.
WS Audiology employs 12,600+ people across 45 markets and actively markets its differentiated brands and care and diagnostic solutions in over 130 markets. The company has R&D hubs in Denmark, Germany, India, and Singapore, supported by a global R&D organization, and main production sites in Denmark, Singapore, China, Mexico, Poland, the USA, and the Philippines. WS Audiology had revenues totalling around DKK 19.5 billion in the financial year 2023/24.
WS Audiology is privately owned by the Tøpholm and Westermann families and the Lundbeck Foundation (51% - through the joint ownership of CN8 A/S) and EQT (49%). The Tøpholm and Westermann families control the company CN8 A/S (85%), where the Lundbeck Foundation is a minority investor (15%).
