POSTDOC
Marcello Meneghetti, DTU Fotonik, Technical University of Denmark, has been awarded a postdoc research grant from Lundbeck Foundation worth DKK 2,494,512.
In his project, he will develop equipment to use infra-red light to expand our understanding of the network of neurons in the brain that play a role in, among other things, learning and decision-making processes. Preliminary testing of the equipment will take the form of mouse studies.
Part of the project will be conducted in the UK at the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, University of Oxford.
