The current treatment is effective only within 4.5 hours post-stroke and can worsen damage afterward due to increased reactive oxygen species. This project aims to develop a revolutionary nanomedicine that delivers oxygen to the brain during a stroke and absorbs it afterward, reducing damage and improving recovery for patients.
