NeuroVR: Employing neurofeedback in virtual reality to increase therapy efficacy in psychosis
Associate Professor
Mental Health Services in the Capital Region of Denmark
The project pioneers the utilization of real-time electroencephalography (EEG) based neurofeedback within an innovative virtual reality-based framework for treating auditory hallucinations in psychosis. By incorporating neurofeedback into the therapeutic procedure, we will investigate whether it will enhance the precision, personalization, and efficacy of the treatment based on individual neurophysiological responses.
