The project will deploy the novel CNValidatron tool to provide insight into the biology underlying human brain disorders, enabling realistic disease model construction and improved drug target screening. In the course of identifying naturally occurring deletions and duplications of genes in the Danish population and examining their impact on cellular changes, brain development and lifelong health, it will also deliver a Human Atlas of Gene Dosage Sensitivity, a resource for clinical prediction.
