Dysfunction of Synaptic Ubiquitin Signaling in Schizophrenia.
Silvia Turchetto, Danish Research Institute of Translational Neuroscience (DANDRITE), Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Aarhus University, has been awarded a postdoc research grant from the Lundbeck Foundation worth DKK 2.399.967
Her project aims to explore a network of enzymes whose dysfunction at synapses – the crucial communication links between neurons – contributes to the development of significant brain disorders, including Schizophrenia.
