Postdoc
Aarhus University
Wanjun Lin, Aarhus University, has been awarded a postdoc research grant from the Lundbeck Foundation worth DKK 2.892.536
This project will elucidate the role of dopamine – a brain chemical long linked to learning and mood – in risky behaviour. The project will leverage clinical research opportunities, including electrochemical recordings and deep brain stimulation in neurosurgical patients, and combine brain scanning in healthy participants with dopamine-targeting drugs. The results will help us understand how pathological risky behaviour arises in neuropsychiatric disorders and how best to intervene clinically.
