Mette is responsible for The Lundbeck Foundation's Corporate Affairs, including HR, communication, and public affairs.
She joined The Lundbeck Foundation in March 2025.
Mette comes from Telenor, where she most recently held the Nordic responsibility for People, Culture & Corporate Affairs. Previously, she was HR & Corporate Affairs Director at Telenor Denmark.
Mette holds a Cand. Merc. Jur from Aalborg University.
