DANDRITE - Danish node of the Nordic-EMBL Partnership
Dandrite is established to perfom basic and translational research in the brain and the nervous system.
As an interdisciplinary research centre facilitating collaborative research in a cutting edge environment, DANDRITE spans a wide range of neuroscience research ideas and methodologies.
Researchers at DANDRITE perfom basic and translational with the overall aim to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular communication networks in brain circuitries and the nervous system, and how these are affected in neurological and psychiatric disorders.
The centre also hosts visiting scientists and collaborates with the Danish research community through research programmes.
DANDRITE is the Danish node of the Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine, which is a network of excellent national research centers in the Nordic countries. is Europe鈥檚 flagship laboratory for the life sciences, and is one of the world鈥檚 leading research institutions.
