ODIN – CNS Disorders
Open Discovery Innovation Network (ODIN) is a collaborative innovation framework that brings together leading researchers from academia and partners from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Through ODIN, bright minds and innovative ideas are combined to address unmet medical needs through joint research initiatives.
ODIN facilitates the co-creation of novel research projects and provides funding for the academic part of collaborative projects between academia and industry partners, enabling translational research with clear potential for real-world impact.
With the inclusion of Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders, funded by The Lundbeck Foundation; ODIN’s scientific scope now encompasses the following major disease areas and enabling technologies:
- Cardiometabolic and cardiovascular diseases
- Infectious diseases
- Regenerative medicine
- Central nervous system (CNS) disorders (new in 2026)
In addition, ODIN supports disease-agnostic platform technologies and research tools with the potential to impact multiple global health challenges.
