Mechanisms of Mitotic DNA Repair and their Implication for Neurological Disorders
Postdoc
University of Copenhagen
Neurological disorders are prevalent across all age groups and geographical regions.
The World Health Organization estimates that neurological disorders currently affect up to a billion people worldwide. This project will explore how deficiencies in DNA repair, particularly mitotic DNA repair deficiency, contribute to the development of neurological disorders, which could provide valuable insights into the pathological mechanisms underlying the onset of neurological diseases.
