Despite massive efforts, measles is still a big health issue. Infants are at the highest risk of complications and measles-related death. Early measles vaccination may be the solution; however, it results in lower vaccine responses than later primary vaccination. This study is a follow-up study on the Danish MMR trial in 6-month-old infants aiming to evaluate the long-term protection against measles from an early MMR vaccination schedule. The original trial showed that MMR at 6 months was safe.
